Delete Instagram connection data

Sign in, open Instagram, choose Disconnect and confirm. This deletes the connection, encrypted token, media cache, automations, contacts and operational records associated with that account. Also remove this app from your Instagram Apps and Websites settings to revoke Meta authorization.

Delete your application account

Open Settings → Delete my account. Type DELETE to permanently remove your owned workspaces and authentication account. Membership in other workspaces is removed, but workspaces owned by other people are preserved.

If you cannot sign in

Use the password recovery flow. Before public launch, the installation operator must add a support contact for deletion requests that cannot be completed through sign-in. Database backups may persist according to the operator’s published backup policy.
